Green light for third phase of CALAs Craibstone development
CALA Homes (North) has received approval from Aberdeen City Council for the principal planning application for the third phase of its Craibstone Estate development.Approval of a supplementary application for technical conditions related to the phase is expected imminently.The plans for 237 homes comprise apartments as well as terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.This phase also includes 42 affordable properties, as well as the creation of a civic square with the provision of three retail units and office space, and a new road off the A96 which will provide direct access to the commercial units and the wider Craibstone Estate.Delivering the third phase will see CALA surpass the halfway milestone of this flagship community which will comprise 700 homes in total.
